Function

Missions:

Management and development of ICD system team. Architecture and development of systems landscape, improving and streamlining systems support.

Responsibilities :

Technical expertise :

• Systems Architecture and Design
• Strategic planning / budgeting / forecasting for Systems sector
• Troubleshooting of complicated issues
• Deployment of complex setups

Team management:

• Task prioritization, control, reporting
• Team development & building solid polyvaliance
• Development and approval of KPIs, Support MBO (yearly target/performance system) process in setting business targets and results

Profile

Profile :

• Min 10 years of experience in Systems supports and development
• Min 5 years of experience in System Architecture and Design
• Min 3 years of experience in team management
• Preparing presentation materials for company management
• Challenging, optimizing and building/formalizing processes

Skills:

• English language mandatory/ French is a good to have
• Core technologies (full profficient level is requiered) : Microsoft o365, Azure, AD ; VMWare vSphere ; SAN ; Veeam ; Linux OS ;
• Automation and scripting : MS Powershell, Python ;
• Proficient in schema drawing (Visio, etc), presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset
• Presentation skills, able to summarize data and concept
• Stress-resistance, ability to work under strong pressure
• Readiness for frequent travel across Europe
