Mission

We are looking for a technically minded and detail-oriented student to support the administration and maintenance of our digital HR platform.

This is a part-time position suitable for a student in IT, computer science, or a related technical field who is eager to gain hands-on experience with an HR SaaS system.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the system administrator with configuration tracking and updates.
• Maintain and update documentation of configuration changes and system processes.
• Track system changes and issues using tolls such as Jira.
• Assist with testing new features or system enhancements.
• Support troubleshooting.
