Function

Main accountabilities:

• Organize the creation and updating of documentation related to high-voltage (HV) installations.
• Supervise and coordinate technical teams.
• Ensure the safety of operations on electrical installations, in coordination with third-party companies.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Check the availability and proper condition of protective equipment, and perform the required inspections and tests.
• Manage the commissioning of HV lines and equipment in accordance with current standards.
• Ensure regular maintenance and incident management of installations.
• Ensure the compliance of technological and connection diagrams with operational schematics.
• Regularly perform quality checks on electrical energy.
• Monitor adherence to operating regimes of installations and energy consumption.
• Maintain backup power supplies in working condition.
• Conduct monthly inspections of 30 and 6 kV substations and report monitoring according to the procedure.
• Take care of the safety aspects of various works.

Profile

Profile:

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-voltage systems.
• Technical skills: Strong expertise in high-voltage electrical installations, control, safety, and maintenance, with an excellent command of industry standards and regulations.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Natural leadership: Ability to take initiative, be proactive, lead meetings and actions. You drive projects forward and make things happen.
• Communication: A good communicator, able to convey key information, build trust, and interact effectively with both field teams and stakeholders.
• Autonomy & responsibility: You are the high-voltage point of reference, a decision-maker, adaptable, and capable of managing situations proactively.
• Field-oriented: Actively involved in operations, with a strong focus on performance and safety
