For our Clabecq site, we are looking for a Commercial Controller

Function

• Preparation of standard monthly reports and presentations on the commercial block for the company's management – sales volume, selling prices and spreads, margins, profitability models/reports, accounts receivable, stock analysis, claims;
• Checking the correctness of weekly reporting prepared by outsourced company;
• Consolidation of data from three PLATE sites, for the purposes of divisional analysis;
• Data collection, analysis of the company's actual sales results, comparative analysis of current results with the budget and past actual periods;
• Monitoring market indices and comparing them with company data;
• Preparation of analytical commercial reports for business in various sections, using various SAP information systems (upon request);
• Checking the correctness of filling out profit and loss reports by the Group's subsidiary distribution companies. Consolidation of individual reports;
• Participation in the implementation of Power BI reports;
• Preparation of various reconciliations between systems (S/4 HANA vs C/4; S/4 HANA vs SAC/Power BI);
• Assistance in preparing reports as part of the annual financial statements;
• Assistance in preparing materials for the Budget Committee in terms of presentation on the commercial part;
• Preparing responses to requests from various departments (Credit risks, taxes, treasury);
• Participation in the development of methodological solutions for pricing for various sales schemes.

Profile

• You have a Master in Economy or a in Finance
• You master an experience as a financial analyst, financial controller or a corporate reporting specialist for at least 5 years in large companies;
• You can work with SAP/Power BI and you are attracted by automating business processes.
• You fluently speak and write French and English
• You have knowledge of management reporting standards , pricing processes and principles of formation of production costs;
• You manage the basics of accounting, principles of IFRS and you are use to work with large amounts of information;
• You are a star in Excel (building complex models with large amounts of data, experience with macros is welcome) and Power Point;
