Function

Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager is responsible for monthly consolidation of 18 companies of NBH Group, providing information to the Shareholder Group and management as well as for legal consolidated financial statements and audit.

Main Accountabilities:

• Preparation/supervision of monthly and yearly financial packages for Shareholder Group within the deadlines
• Management of the team of 6 people in Outsourced Service Provider during the consolidation closure, coaching and reviewing the work done
• Management of transition to the new Outsourced Service Provider
• Preparation of legal consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS with close collaboration with auditors
• Key contact for Shareholder Group, controlling team and CFO for consolidated financial information of NBH Group and main changes
• Work on operating initiatives to achieve the company’s objectives (standardization & harmonization of valuation rules, chart of accounts, policies, analytical reporting structure etc.)
• Support Chief Accountant in ad-hoc projects and analyses
• Perform variance analysis of results at the consolidation level as well as by location. Analyze consolidated financial results

Profile

Profile:

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Economics, or a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IFRS accounting and finance, with a strong preference for additional experience as a Big4 auditor or advisor
• IFRS Expertise: Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and experience preparing audited consolidated financial statements
• Languages: Strong communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken)
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with SAP and consolidation software (SAP BW and SAP BPC), BI & MS Office.
• Leadership: Proven track record of team and project management
• Personal Traits: organized, proactive, stress-resistant and solution-oriented team player with leadership capabilities. “Can-do” attitude and high accountability
